|| Proposed Constitutional Amendment
To amend Section 6 of Article XV of the Constitution of the State of Ohio
The proposed amendment would require that the entire net proceeds of the state lottery be used for the support of elementary, secondary, vocational, and special education programs as determined by the Ohio General Assembly, and would establish a separate fund for the entire net proceeds.
If adopted, this amendment shall take effect on January 1, 1988
