The Ohio Officials in Office in 1905 Amendment, also known as Issue 8, was on the November 3, 1953 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] This amendment repeals an obsolete section of the Ohio Constitution that concerned elected officials in office on November 7, 1905.[2]
