|| Proposed Constitutional Amendment
To adopt Section 3 of Article XII and to repeal Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12 of Article XII, Ohio Constitution
- To authorize the general assembly to provide a law for the amount of an estate which is exempt from taxation.
- To consolidate taxing powers which are in four sections into one section.
