Ohio Virtual Academy is an online community school in Ohio. The program provides both K-8 and high school curriculum programs through a distance learning system.[1]

For the purposes of the U.S. Department of Education, Ohio Virtual Academy is considered one of Ohio's school districts. Its enrollment of 11,640 students in the 2011-2012 school year made it 13th-largest school district by enrollment in the state.[2]
