|“||Shall the City of Okanogan be allowed to impose an increase in sales and use tax in the amount of 0.1% as provided by the Public Safety Sales Tax law on the selling price in the case of sales tax, or the value of the article used in the case of use tax, and such revenue to be used by the City at least one-third (1/3) for criminal justice purposes or fire protection purposes, or both, as required by law to be effective as of April 1, 2013.
