The Oklahoma Protest Against Levies Initiative, also known as State Question 152, was on the August 7, 1928 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure provided that all levies filed with the state auditor and county clerks be open to inspection and that notices be published. The measure also provided for a method to protest tax levies.[1]
