Oklahoma State Question 171 (Initiative #116) appeared on the 1932 ballot in Oklahoma. It failed, with 155,110 in favor and 260,265 opposed.

It was an initiated state statute.

The objective of the measure was to authorize the construction of various public works, such as rural roads and water reservoirs, and divert the revenue from several pre-existing state taxes to fund these projects, and to minimize the use of machines on these projects, and maximize the use of the state's theretofore unemployed residents.

120,992 signatures were filed to qualify it for the ballot.
