The Oklahoma Railroad Property and Eminent Domain Amendment, also known as State Question 25, was on the April 25, 1911 ballot in Oklahoma as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided rules on the disposal, acquisition and operation of a franchise of railroad, transportation or transmission companies as well as to exercise the right of eminent domain.[1]
