Oklahoma State Withholding Tax, State Question 395 (1960)
The Oklahoma State Withholding Tax Referendum, also known as State Question 395, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Oklahoma as a veto referendum, where it was defeated. The measure would have approved Senate Bill 153, which provided for withholding of income taxes.
