The Oklahoma Direct Election of U.S. Senators Initiative, also known as State Question 41, was on the August 6, 1912 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure provided a method by which the electors of the state could directly choose between party nominees for the United States Senate.[1]
