Oklahoma State Question 424 (Initiative #277) appeared on the 1964 ballot in Oklahoma. It failed, with 307,173 in favor and 497,198 opposed.

The objective of the measure was to increase the legal responsibilities of county school superintendents, and to increase the minimum allowable wage for those superintendents.
