Oklahoma Congressional Redistricting, State Question 556 (1982)
The Oklahoma Congressional Redistricting Initiative, also known as State Question 556, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have repealed a section of the Oklahoma State Law which divided the state into six congressional districts.
