Orange & Glenwillow Village Charter Amendments, 2 (November 2011)
Both measures were approved
The Orange measure sought to amend the charter so that at least one member of the Architectual Board of Review is a licensed and registered landscape Architect.
The Glenwillow measure sought to amend the charter so as to change the current ward boundaries so that there are three wards with near equal population representation.

Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
| Orange Village:Shall subsection (A), Composition, of Article V, Section 9, Architectural Board of Review, of the Charter of Orange Village be amended so as to provide that one of the Architect Members of the Architectural Board of Review may be a licensed and registered Landscape Architect?
Glenwillow Village:Shall Article IV, Section 2 of the Charter of the Village of Glenwillow be amended so that the boundaries of the Wards are changed to create three (3) Wards of essentially equal population?
