|VR||Measure 3||Law Enforcement||Authorizes the State Board of Health to order sterilization surgeries on “habitual criminals, moral degenerates and sexual perverts”||
|VR||Measure 4||Admin of Gov't||Provides a District Attorney for each county in Oregon and fixes the position's salary||
|VR||Measure 5||Labor||Creates the State Industrial Accident Commission and provides a fund for the compensation of injured laborers employed in hazardous occupations||
