|VR||Measure 9||Taxes||Levies an annual progressive state net income tax on residents and provides exemptions to such tax||
|Measure 10||Tobacco||Prohibits cigarettes and provides punishments for violating the provision||
|Measure 11||Hunt & Fish||Bans fishing in the Rogue River watershed, except with rod, line and hooks, and provides punishments for violating the provision||
|Measure 12||State Exec||Creates the office of lieutenant governor||
|Measure 13||Utilities||Authorizes the creation of utility districts for the purpose of supplying water and electric energy||
