The Oregon Utilization of Education Fund Principle Amendment, also known as Measure 13, was on the May 21, 2002 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the state to utilize principle from the education fund and transferred $220 million from such fund to the school fund.
