The Oregon Bonds for Correctional Facilities Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the May 18, 1982 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the issuance and sales of state bonds to finance correctional facilities.[1]
