The Oregon Bonds for Water Development Fund Amendment, also known as Measure 4, was on the May 28, 1973 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the issuance and sale of bonds for a water development fund.[1]
