The Oregon Commercial Vehicles and Motor Fuels Taxes for Roads Act, also known as Measure 4, was on the May 18, 1982 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have allocated revenues from taxes on commercial vehicles and motor vehicle fuels to road maintenance and construction.[1]
