The Oregon Creation of Nesmith County Bill, also known as Measure 9, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have created the County of Nesmith out of the northern part of Douglas County and the southern part of Lane County.[1]
