The Oregon Effect of Merger of Taxing Units on Tax Bases Amendment, also known as Measure 2, was on the May 20, 1986 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure regarded the effect of the merging of tax units on a given tax base.[1]
