The Oregon Income Tax Increase and Property Tax Decrease Question, also known as Measure 5B, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Oregon as an advisory question, where it was defeated. The measure demonstrated voter disapproval for increasing the income tax to reduce homeowner school property taxes.[1]
