The Oregon Increase Sales Tax and Decrease Property Tax Question, also known as Measure 5D, was on the May 15, 1990 ballot in Oregon as an advisory question, where it was defeated. The measure demonstrated voter disapproval for increasing the sales tax to decrease homeowner school property taxes.[1]
