The Oregon Increases Veterans' Loan Bonding Amendment, also known as Measure 5, was on the May 28, 1973 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed for an increase in issuance and sale of bonds for veterans’ loans.[1]
