The Oregon Legislative Initiation of Special Sessions Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the May 23, 1972 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed the legislature to call for a special legislative session.[1]
