The Oregon Multifamily Housing for Elderly and Disabled Amendment, also known as Measure 2, was on the May 18, 1982 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for public multifamily housing for elderly and disabled persons.[1]
