The Oregon Rules for Open Legislative Meetings Amendment, also known as Measure 2, was on the May 23, 1978 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure affected the rules applied to open meetings of the Oregon Legislature.[1]
