The Oregon State Highway Funds for Mass Transit Amendment, also known as Measure 2, was on the May 28, 1973 ballot in Oregon as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have permitted the use of state highway funds for mass transit.[1]
