The Oregon State Normal School at Monmouth Bill, also known as Measure 10, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure provided for the state’s permanent support and maintenance of the Oregon Normal School at Monmouth, Polk County, by levying an annual tax of one-twenty-fifth of a mill on taxable property within the state.[1]
