Oshkosh Area School District Construction Referendum (2009)

Defeated, with 6,957 "no" votes and 6,902 "yes" votes.

Wording of referendum
Be it resolved by the School Board of the Oshkosh Area School District, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, that the final school district budgets for the 2009-10 through the 2013-14 school years shall include, on a nonrecurring basis, an amount of $500,000 in excess of the revenue limits imposed by Section 121.91(2m) of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the pupose [sic] of paying the costs of small additions and renovations to existing school facilities and equipment acquisition
