|“||Shall the City of Otsego, Allegan County, Michigan borrow the principal amount of not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds for all or a portion of that amount in one or more series payable over a period not to exceed five (5) years from issuance to pay the cost of purchasing and equipping a fire truck and related accessories as well as capitalized interest and to pay costs of issuing the bonds?||”|
