There will be a Palm Bay Road Repair Assessment Question on a Summer ballot to be mailed to select homeowners in the city of Palm Bay which is in Brevard County.

This measure will ask those select homeowners who live some of the worst roads in the city, if they want to pay special assessments in order for the city to repair the bad roads near their homes. The total number of homeowners to vote is around 15,000 in the southwest part of the city. The estimated cost to repair all the needed streets is around $41.4 million and would end up costing around $300 a year per landowner.[1]
