Pamela T. "Pam" Brown is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 31. She was first elected to the chamber in the special election held on February 19, 2013, to replace the resigned representative-elect Stacie Marie Laughton (D).

Elections for the office of New Hampshire House of Representatives will take place in 2014. A primary election took place September 9, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Incumbent Pam Brown, incumbent David Cote and incumbent Mary Gorman were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Elizabeth Van Twuyver was unopposed in the Republican primary. Brown, Cote, Gorman, Van Twuyver, write-in candidate Alicen Hogan (R) and write-in candidate Austin Hogan (R) will face off in the general election.[1]

Brown won election in the special election for New Hampshire House of Representatives Hillsborough District 31. The seat was vacant following Stacie Laughton's (D), resignation. Laughton, the state's first openly transgendered lawmaker, resigned her seat after it came out that she committed several felonies under the name of Barry Charles Laughton Jr.[2] Brown defeated Elizabeth Van Twuyver (R) in the special election on February 19, 2013.[3]
