Pamela Minimah was a Republican candidate for District 31, West Virginia House of Delegates in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Minimah was defeated as one of three candidates running for one position in District 31 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010, general election. She was defeated by Democrat incumbent Meshea Poore. She defeated Republican Thomas W. Sayre in the May 11 primary.[1][2]
