Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Dakdouk Brothers Inc, dba Dairy Deli, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a convenience store at 6219 West 130th Street, Parma Heights, OH 44130 in this precinct?[1]
