Pat Kelly (b. September 3, 1946) was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 10 of the Maryland State Senate.[1] She ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2010.

The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Incumbent Delores Kelley defeated Stephanie Boston and Pat Kelly in the Democratic primary and has no ballot opposition in the general election. Boston ran as a write-in candidate in the general election.[1][2]
