Elections for the office of Hawaii House of Representatives will consist of a primary election on August 9, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Kaniela Ing will face Marie Minichino in the Democratic primary. Pat Brock is running as a Libertarian.[1]

Brock ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Hawaii's 2nd District. Brock ran as a Libertarian.[2] David Crowley and Matthew Digeronimo ran in the Republican primary. Candidates Rafael del Castillo, Tulsi Gabbard, Mufi Hannemann, Esther Kiaaina, Miles Shiratori, and Bob Marx ran in the Democratic primary. The primary elections took place on August 11, 2012. Brock did not appear on the general election ballot.[3]
