Patricia M. Blevins (b.February 21, 1954) is a Democratic member of the Delaware State Senate, representing District 7. She was first elected to the chamber in 1990. She currently serves as the President of the Senate.

Biography

Blevins received a B.A. from Temple University. She is the manager of the non-profit, Delaware Helpline.
