Paul Fraim is the current Mayor of Norfolk, Virginia. He was first appointed in 1994.[1]

Fraim won re-election to his fourth term in 2014.


Fraim earned his B.S. from the Virginia Military Institute, his M.E. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Richmond. His professional experience includes working as the President of Fraim and Fiorella, PC.[1]
