Paul Quinn (b. October 31, 1943) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 9 from 2007 to 2013.

Quinn has worked as a farmer and Assessor in Monroe County.

He is Co-Founder of the Monroe City Community for Drug Free Youth, Treasurer of the Missouri Assessor's Association, and a member of the Knights of Columbus, Missouri Farmer's Union, Prison Ministry, Rotary Club, and Saint Stephen's Indian Creek Church.

Quinn ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Missouri House of Representatives, District 40. Quinn ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and was defeated by Jim Hansen (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
