Paul Waterhouse is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 98 from 2010 to 2012.

Waterhouse is a retired carpenter and former owner of Waterhouse Carpentry. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1960 to 1966.

Waterhouse earned his Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Northeast Community College, and majored in Zoology at the University of New Hampshire.
