In a biography submitted to Ballotpedia, Goberman stated his campaign promises. If elected to represent Oregon in the U.S. Senate, he says he will, "I[n] a few months promise to help to create a few millions jobs, reduce debt by a few trillions dollars, improve heavy traffics on all US HWYs and in cities, save nation a few billions dollars on the health care and etc." [3]

Goberman says his political philosophy is to be honest: "...be a Real Representative of We the People, and fight for them. Be an Advocate for the Constitution of the USA," which he believes has been abused by federal officials charged with the document's legal protection.
