Pedro Pierluisi (b. April 26, 1959) is a Democratic, non-voting member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as a Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico. Pierluisi was first elected in 2008. He won re-election in 2012.[1]

Biography

Pierluisi was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Tulane University and received his law degree from George Washington University.[2]
