|Peggy was hired by the Department Of The U.S. Treasury, she served as a analyst, and Tax Law expert/Instructor. She served in that capacity from 1996 thru 2009. She received three outstanding honors awards for service.
Peggy hubbard became a Republican during Ferguson unrest. She is married to her husband of 32 yrs, decorated police officer and medal of Valor recipient Charles Hubbard, Sr. They are the parents of 6 children, grandparents of 20. Peggy is a proud NRA member, Pro life, Pro Veterans, Pro police, Pro 1st and 2nd Amendment.
Peggy has been a outspoken critic of voter fraud and the importance of voter integrity. She spoke out and documented voter fraud in her county as it happened in real time. Peggy Hubbard is a fighter for truth and government transparency. She bileves in less taxes and smaller government. She will fight less government spending.
In Peggy's spare time, she takes to her Harley, to connect with God and nature. She is an inspiration to all who meets her.
- Preserve our 1st Amendment Rights
- Secure our nations borders
- Support our Law Enforcement & Veterans
Law Enforcement officers needs a voice, I will be that Senator for those men and women who serve and protect us.
She walked 18 block to work everyday. She never took welfare. She said, welfare was a trap. I watched her give us her everything. My mom was an extraordinary woman. I never saw her cry. She had the strength that couldn't be broken. I hope to live up to her expectations. I owe her that.
My mother's bible. She wrote little messages in it on days that she felt were too much to handle. It gives me an insight to her strength
I won't be on of those people. My honor is all I have.
I will be a accessible Senator. I won't walk above my constituents. I will walk with my constituents. Stay in the communities. Be the Senator they need
Be open to criticism and learn from your mistakes. Stay humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve. Lincoln
I want those that serve after me to want to be THE PEOPLES Senator.
They were all gone....
She is strong willed, beautiful, knowledgeable, formidable a true Gladiator. And, like me....She stands in her truth. She takes on challenges knowing the deck is stacked against her. But, she ALWAYS proves her nee-sayers wrong
"I am born free, If you can't see my heart you must be blind. You can knock me down and watch me bleed. But, you can't put those chains on me....I was born free"
We serve at the pleasure of the people. I am all about service, commitment and responsibility, accountability. I served as a police officer and service member with honor and commonsense.
We need fresh new prospective in Politics. There is nothing in the description that says you MUST be a Rhoades scholar. For the people by the people.
The laws passed will only serve ONE party. And, that isn't how we should preserve our freedom.
Are they loyal to the Constitution
Truth is my biggest concern. No matter how uncomfortable it makes us. I seek the truth.
Not to cause the problems. Compromise and share my insight of what our constituents want out of us. If I can raise 6 kids and a husband? I can handle My fellow Senators.

Campaign website
Hubbard's campaign website stated the following:
“ |
Put America First Congress should never undertake an endeavor which does not prioritize America’s interests above the interests of the rest of the world. Whether it’s sending our military men and women into endless battles in far-flung locations around the globe, or sending foreign aid to nations who aim to do us harm, Congress has failed to put America first. I’ll fight every day to ensure the interests of American citizens are always put first. There is no reason why we have veterans and people on the streets while we send American tax dollars to countries who despise us
For decades, career politicians have abused the very communities they claim to represent. They’ve worked hard to keep minorities and the poor on the government plantation, neglected their needs, and kept them down to use them as pawns to protect their political power. These forgotten communities, like those in Southside Chicago’s Democrat Ghettos, bear the brunt of the federal government’s failed policies — whether it’s corralling the poor into housing projects, or working toward the decimation of the nuclear family — it’s time these forgotten communities escape the government plantation once and for all. I will work to create opportunities to break the chains off members of these communities, so they too can thrive and prosper. There is no reason we have elected officials voting themselves pay raises while some of our citizens have to use food stamps to buy Kool-Aid.
Guns save lives, but many on the extreme left are out to eliminate our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. This is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. Restricting the gun rights of law-abiding citizens has had a disastrous impact in Illinois. I will defend our Second Amendment rights oppose all efforts to infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens and their ability to protect themselves and their families
Illinois was once one of the best states in America for business and job growth, but after years of one-party control policies, we continue to lose thousands of jobs to other states — jobs Illinoisans desperately need. Big government liberal policies have failed the people of Illinois. It’s time to get serious about tackling this problem head-on. As U.S. Senator, I will oppose the job-killing big government policies that have plagued our state for decades and will fight to lower taxes, reduce the size of government and pass legislation that creates economic opportunities that will allow the residents of Illinois to unleash our true potential.
The lives of the unborn, the drug addicted, the disabled, and elderly all deserve our protection.
Securing our border is the first step to ensuring national security. After our border is secure, we need to ensure our border patrol and military have all of the necessary tools and training to protect our citizens. Peggy also believes we must address the growing number of cyber threats by turning our attention towards large-scale network security, supporting advanced network infrastructure, and protecting our power grid against the ever increasing threat of EMP
Peggy will work hard to put the patient back in the driver’s seat for the kind of health care they get. More transparency on the costs of prescriptions, doctor’s care, and hospital services will allow patients the ability to control their costs. Investing in Health Savings Accounts will return market forces to a patient-doctor relationship, keeping costs down, and maintaining quality. Also, a focus on preventative health care will save lives and prevent expensive illnesses from ever happening
Our veterans deserve our utmost respect and appreciation. Our government made a promise to them, and we need to ensure every veteran in America is cared for properly. We need to improve the services delivered at the VA and increase access veterans have to alternative healthcare systems
Peggy is committed to working with the president and Congress to pass real reforms to fix our broken immigration system, secure our borders, keep our country safe, and honor our commitments to the American people. Peggy is committed to fighting illegal immigration that threatens America’s security, economic health, and jobs for low and middle-class workers, but believes legal immigration is the lifeblood of our country[3] |
