Phillip C. Corley is an Oklahoma district judge for Payne County, which is located in District Nine.[1] He was a special judge from 1999 until his election as a district judge in 2010.[2] He was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed. His current term expired on January 13, 2019.[3]
