Pierce City Existing Property Tax Repeal Question (April 2013)
If the measure that incorporates the new Pierce City Fire Protection District and establishes a new property tax is approved and this measure is approved, the current property tax levy of 1.2 mills ($1.2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) would be repealed.

|“|| If the voters approve the creation of the Pierce City Fire Protection District which includes creation of a real estate tax of $0.30 per $100.00 assessed value, shall the existing tax within the Pierce City municipal limits of twelve cents per one hundred dollars assessed valuation currently in place be repealed?
