Prescott City Charter Amendments, 8 (November 2010)
All eight of these measures were approved
There were originally 25 amendments proposed for voters in the November election, but city council members reduced the number to eight so as to allow for less voter confusion when voting. Most of the proposed amendments were details changed to clarify the city charter in regards to job duties and responsibilities. Giving the city the power to operate a waste collection system and clarification of utility franchising in the city were the two amendments that do not deal with the city charter specifically.
