If approved, this measure would have authorized the Pulaski Community School District to increase its debt by $7,935,000 through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to fund the construction of a new community pool and remodel the old pool area and facilities.[1]

Be it resolved by the School Board of the Pulaski Community School District, Brown, Oconto, Outagamie and Shawano Counties, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued, pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,935,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of constructing a new community pool at the high school, remodeling the existing community pool into an indoor activity center and equipment acquisition related to said projects. Be it further resolved that the District Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish a Notice to the Electors (in substantially the form attached hereto as Attachment One) in the Green Bay Press Gazette, within ten(10) days of the adoption of the foregoing resolution. Be it further resolved that, pursuant to Section 67.05(6a)(a)2.a. of the Wisconsin Statutes,the District Clerk is hereby directed to submit the foregoing resolution to the electors for approval or rejection at the April 2, 2013 election. The Initial Resolution shall not be effective unless adopted by a majority of the school district electors voting at the referendum. Adopted this 21st day of January, 2013.[1]
