A Racine School District Bond Measure was on the May 4, 2010 ballot in the Racine school district in Meigs County.

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $3.9 million in order to pay 25 percent of the costs of constructing a new high school in the district, the state of Ohio was going to also add $7.4 million to the project. If it had been approved, local property taxes would have increased to 27 cents per $100 of assessed value on a home in the area. The current high school is nearly 50 years old and the district is in need of a new one.[2]
