Biography
Regina T. Boyce was born in Washington, D.C. Boyce earned a B.S. in kinesiology and psychology from Towson University in 1998 and an M.P.A. from the University of Baltimore in 2014. Her career experience includes working as the director of Strong City Baltimore's Adult Learning Center. Boyce served as the president and vice president of the board of directors of Waverly Main Street.[1]
